Tuition, Policy and Locations

Instruction at Whole Music is offered as private lessons, semi-private lessons, group classes, workshops and Jamshops™. Students can start lessons or classes at any time of the year. Our tuition policy is based on a 6-week block, meaning that there are 6 lessons or classes in a 6-week period. Tuition is as follows:
Private lessons (one student; 1/2 hour lesson): Private lessons with EJ Ouellette: Semi-private lessons (two students, 1/2 hr lesson): Artist Development (10 hour block): Jamshops™ (1 - 1.5 hours): Workshops (1 - 1.5 hours): Thurs. Night Adult Workshop (2.5 hours): Fiddle Classes (1 - 1.5 hours): Guitar Classes (1 - 1.5 hours): Registration/Re-registration Fee:		$ 185 - 195 per block $ 235 per block $ 225 - 235 per block $ 750 per block $ 175 per block $ 125 - 150 per block $ 150 per block $ 85 - 125 per block $ 85 - 125 per block $ 20 per student
Tuition and Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are permitted for students going out of town and over holiday periods. Two weeks advance notice of this type of cancellation is required. Last minute cancellations and no shows are charged. We appreciate a phone call or email if you are unable to make your lesson at the last minute. Make-up lessons can be arranged with the instructor, subject to the availability of the instructor and the studio space. Tuition for new students is due in advance of starting lessons. Tuition is due on lesson/class # 6. This holds the student's spot. If the student cannot make lesson/class # 6, the tuition is still due on that day. If tuition is paid late, the student may be charged a re-registration fee of $20. We cannot guarantee a time slot if tuition is not paid on time.
Locations: Whole Music has two locations: Byfield, MA and Amesbury, MA. Our Byfield studio is located near The Governor's Academy and Triton Regional School. Whole Music Byfield is within 5-15 minutes of Newbury, West Newbury, Newburyport, Georgetown, Groveland and Rowley. It is within 15-25 minutes of Haverhill, Ipswich, Boxford, North Andover, Amesbury, Salisbury, and Merrimac. Because we do not publish our Byfield address, please call for details or directions. Whole Music Amesbury is located at 21 Water St. in the Carriage Mill Building in downtown Amesbury. Our suite is located on the second floor. Whole Music Amesbury is within 5-15 minutes of Newburyport, Salisbury, Merrimac, West Newbury, MA, and Plaistow, Seabrook, South Hampton and Newton, NH. It is within 15-25 minutes of Haverhill, Groveland, Byfield and Georgetown, MA as well as Hampton Falls, Kensington, Exeter and East Kingston, NH.
