EJ & Crazy Maggy planning international projects

Following up on his trip to Mauritania almost 10 years ago, EJ is planning to travel back to West Africa. This will be the first of many international trips to come.
Amadou N'diaye, who was the coordinator for the Desert Sound project, is now in the U.S. and working at Whole Music as our International Music Coordinator. Amadou's previous experience as a top DJ as well as his passion for music and his connections in the industry make him perfectly suited for this role.

Plans are in the works for EJ & Crazy Maggy to perform in several West African countries, including performances at the American Embassies in both Senegal and Mauritania. To discuss International bookings for EJ Ouellette & Crazy Maggy, please call +1 978 462 9020. We speak English, French, Arabic, Wolof and Pular.
We also welcome inquiries from professional World Music vocalists/artists who wish to record in the U.S.

While in West Africa, EJ & Crazy Maggy will be playing as well as recording with local artists. The group plans to film Senegalese artists and produce an educational documentary film.
This is very exciting new project for Whole Music. As a band, EJ & Crazy Maggy consider its music as more in the World Music category and plan to bring international artists into the EJOCM family. Stay tuned for announcements.
EJ's love of Roots & World Music

Ever since EJ was introduced to the Blues in 1969, his interest in African American music has never waned. Coming from a French Canadian and Irish household, traditional music was always present. And of course being a rocker, EJ was always tuned in to pop elements. But he has always had a deep seated respect and love for music of traditional origins.
Roots music is the story of American music.
