At the Grammy Awards in LA!
EJ and Mimi had a blast at the Grammy Awards in LA in January. The trip was a celebration of EJ's new membership in the Academy. After submitting his credentials, EJ was accepted as a voting member of the National Association of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS) in five categories: Producer, Singer, Songwriter, Instrumentalist and Engineer.
While in LA, we stopped by the Grammy Museum -- we highly recommend a visit.
The Museum has wonderful exhibits and is deserving of a visit for any music lover. The current Michael Jackson exhibit, Michael Jackson: A Musical Legacy, was moving.

Harry Connick Jr. -- Only in Louisiana
While in LA, we were lucky enough to attend the "Only in Louisiana" brunch, with entertainment by American music treasures Harry Connick Jr., Trombone Shorty, and Shamarr Allen. Their New Orleans jazz sound was fabulous -- what a treat!

The Pre-Awards Ceremony, the televised Awards and the after-party were all spectacular. And the sound was amazing! Not to mention all the unbelievable performers -- wow. Did I say Pink?
